Superstar Cher is vetting prospective buyers after secretly putting her sprawling $45 million Malibu home up for sale - with the rest of her LA homes also on the market.
The 66-year-old singer - who is said to be worth $305 million - is selling all three of her California properties, including a $5.5 million Hollywood condo and a small beach house in Venice for $1.8 million, MailOnline can reveal.
Property website Trulia has posted pictures of Cher's Venice home, which features a rooftop deck with a built in barbecue.
A source said: 'Right now, Cher has every property she owns on the market. The big rumour is that she's moving to London while she finds a new LA home.'

The pop diva is selling her Venice Beach home for $1,899,500.
She originally bought the three bedroom, three bathroom, 1,808 square-foot home in 2010 for $1,542,500.
The star also has her $5.5 million-dollar Hollywood condo - which she admitted she bought for 'absolutely no reason' - on the market.
And her Malibu home is now being secretly shopped to qualified buyers after being officially listed for $45 million and then de-listed in 2009. In 2010, Cher also sold her Hawaiian home for $8.7 million at auction.
Cher has long owned a home a penthouse apartment in the Canary Wharf/Isle of Dogs area of East London and in February she revealed that she was on her way to the capital to finish recording her new album.
While at the Gareth Pugh show during Paris Fashion Week, the Believe singer said the first single from the record, called 'Woman's World', is slated to be released in June.

Her album is due out in September - even though she wanted to debut it earlier, saying: 'Your disappointment pales in comparison to mine. My record company wants to put it out after the summer!'
Cher originally put her Malibu compound up for sale in 2008 for $45 million, but withdrew it the following May while she re-did the interior design. The star hired Martyn Lawrence-Bullard to do a complete makeover.
Describing their collaboration, Lawrence-Bullard said: 'Cher loves all things that are Eastern—Moroccan, Syrian-inlaid furniture, Indonesian pieces, beautiful 17th-and 18th-century Chinese things. Everything has to feel very Zen, but it also has to have that bit of Cher pizzazz.'
The ceiling of the living room is painted in a 16th-century Moroccan design and finished in gold leaf. While in Cher's bedroom, is according to Lawrence-Bullard, a bed that originally belonged to Natacha Rambova, who was the wife of Rudolph Valentino.
In July, the Malibu estate was put back on the market for $41 million - but never sold.
The 13,000 square foot home comes with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a theater and a gym that sits on a 1.7 acre-Malibu bluff with a tennis court, an infinity pool and a guesthouse.

It comes as some surprise that Cher has put her Malibu home back on the market.
In December 2010, she told Vanity Fair 'There’s no view like it in all of Malibu.
'It’s one of the reasons I don’t sell this place. It’s so big for me, but it’s unbelievable.'
However, it does seem that she has been trying to downsize somewhat, admitting: 'When I sold my house in Aspen, I thought my kids were going to disown me.'
