Thanks everyone for the great feedback...did you notice the rhinestone frames?? They are sapphire, my birthstone..got them from a web site called license 2
bling! They sparkle in the So Cal sunshine! Way too much fun...!
 The
extra money I pay each year for the plates goes to help fund state programs for kids...
