Hi, I was wondering ~ Is there any interview or article anywhere that talks in-depth about Cher's daily workout/diet regime? I'm fascinated by
exactly how she keeps in such good shape.

Dunno but I just readed that she does weight lifting 3 times a week and jooga 3 times a week and try to eat healthily. You should read the article that was
posted on this forum receintly

well, she has workout videos and books and a recipe book thingy so maybe those?! although they are all pretty old!!!

LOL Yeah, I'd be interested in finding some of the old things, just for kicks, if anything else. Some of the things are still useful I'm sure, but
I'll bet some is also outdated. I just saw her on YouTube recently hocking Equal. hahah..... memories. I remember that commercial from when I was a kid,
but had forgotten about it. I've come across some strange Cher things searching that website.
I'd love to get a copy of her workout video. Is she working out in her "Turn Back Time" outfit? That'd be interesting... j/k BTW I have insomnia and strange dreams, so you'll probably see me here sporadic hours.

You should definitely invest in the following!
Cher Fitness: A New Attitude dvd Cher Fitness: Body Confidence Cher Forever Fit book: The lifetime plan for health, fitness, and beauty. I use all of these! The dvds every day in fact. In "Body Confidence" she does a hot dance routine in the same outfit she wears to do TBT in both her Farewell and Vegas show. All of these you can get off ebay really easily. There's also the book: Cooking for Cher which could be worth getting too!

She said in one of her pre-Vegas interviews that she was using the Power Plate to get in shape. I googled it and it's very interesting. I guess astronauts
use it to get in shape too.
