Hi I am now a new member and am very excited. I honestly didn't know there was something like this until I decided to find out something about one of Cher's songs that I just love. In fact it is my favorite song in the world and I am always singing it BUT (hehe) and this is why I started looking and came upon this site and really got excited. For anyone who love's Cher's music and her would just flip knowing they could come here and ask something or find out new things about her. I wish I had a webpage to tell everyone about it that I know loves her.
Ok OK enough. First thank you so much for having this site. Its awesome and I beleive over time i will find out more then I ever thought I would find out about her. Now for the reason I was looking for. One of her songs is Dark Lady. And I know these words pretty good except one word for the life of me just won't come to me. If you could would you please pretty please tell me what it is. It's the word in this verse. Danced to her Gyspy music till the (hmmm) was gone I think. This is the words I am stumped on and have been for MANY YEARS. Please if anyone can help me stop sounding like I don't know what I am doing tell me what that work is. I am not a singer and only sing when alone or with my hubby and after listening to me sing yesterday he asked me what are you saying. And all I could do is ignore him and I hated myself for it.
