Of course there will be some who "already knew" your particular Cher fact, but I thought this would be interesting. Did you know.....That for the cover of the Dark Lady album the cat was real, and her "gown" was a Calvin Kline bathing suit with a fringe wrap? Coooool! OK, your next!

Extreme Cher Fan Kudos Rookie Posts: 1914 Sep 9 09 8:46 PM	wow, this is hard.... okay, this may or may not be fact...i don't think it is..so I'll say....... did you know of the rumor that Les Dudek and Cher were married for like 5 minutes... like i said, the source was from a guy who sales albums at the flea market; he use to be in a band (when cher and les dudek were dating) he said one night while he was playing, cher and les walk in..les' band played after them...he said they were married for 5 minutes. Premier Cher Fan Kudos: Rookie Posts: 391 Sep 9 09 9:28 PM	Did you know that when Cher was on TV back in the 70's, Bob Mackie used to say that she had the best armpits in Hollywood? (Cher said this while narrating on her Sonny and Cher DVD (the special features edition.) I also remember back in the 70's (yes I'm old!) when she said that she had electrolysis done on her body, arms, legs and hairline (above her forehead.) When you show that much skin, electrolysis is the way to go! She also said that when she sang her solos on the Sonny and Cher show (those slow bluesy ballads) that Sonny was off stage cueing her and telling her if she's doing okay or not. She really was Sonny's little creation back then (which was why she left him..he was too smothering.) I can remember her saying, "People think I left Sonny for another man. The truth was, I left Sonny for another woman.....me." I was only 18 back then, but those words were so powerful, I never forgot them.

Premier Cher Fan Kudos: Rookie Posts: 351 Sep 10 09 3:56 AM	Cher's beautiful Mother,Georgia Holt, was on Lucille Ball's show and Ozzie & Harriet.She once dated a younger man by the name of Craig.They operated a store called "Granny's Patch" or something like that.Plus,Cher's beautiful sister Georgeanne La Pierre Bartlyk(hope thats right) was on the ABC soap "GENERAL HOSPITAL" back in the late 70's as Heather.Now she is married to one of Cher's body guards.Just wondering if she has any kids?

When Chastity wanted Cher to go to a party because Gene Simmons was going to be there, Cher thought she was talking about Jean Simmons the actress, apparently Cher didn't know anything about GENE Simmons at that time, before she met him. and... Cher recorded a song with Gene for his solo album "Livin In Sin"(which didn't do well at all) and on the back of the record he thanks Elijah and Chastity(thought this was cool cause I just noticed it).

Premier Cher Fan Kudos: Rookie Posts: 369 Sep 11 09 2:01 AM	When i saw Cher in Australia in 05, up close you could see she still has all her tattoos, they were just covered up with makeup. also, and i dont know if i should post this, but she has quite a lot of real real fine light hairs on her arms. it was so cute, im looking up at her thinking "god, she is human".

Premier Cher Fan Kudos: Rookie Posts: 391 Sep 12 09 9:27 PM	For those that haven't read the cook book written by Cher's personal chef, did you know Cher love's peppery, strong tasting food? A lot of the recipes had pepper and strong spices in them (even a salad made with oranges!) I wonder if she has a guest every time she eats, or eats alone? She's looking so skinny these days, she probably hardly eats at all!

Extreme Cher Fan Kudos Rookie Posts: 1914 Sep 13 09 6:21 AM	did you know that Cher caught her jacket ON FIRE during the set of moonstruck? it was the scene where nicky and cher are walking down the street after the opera, and it was snowing a little-the director said it was freezign and actually snowing and cher was soo cold, during one of the breaks cher went to stnad by a heater and she got to close and caught her jacket on fire! they say it if you watch the director's version where he talks through the movie-ps. cher was really crying during that scene too-she said bc of the cold!
